  • French bread.
  • 1 bag of Ridetti refried beans (227g).
  • 3 oz of ground chorizo.
  • 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup of pico de gallo.
  • Heat up Ridetti refried beans in a skillet.
  • In the same skillet, cook 3 oz of chorizo.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°F.
  • Cut French bread in half and add beans and chorizo.
  • Add cheese to each half of the bread.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden.
  • Serve with pico de gallo.
